Perhaps it don't like to be overclocked?
Also, should the 1.4 run at 133 fsb?

The CPU should really be able to overclock that far. Its probably some of your other components holding it back, most likely ram. And whats the temp like?

and what iff i increase my ddr voltage?
won't that doing any damage to my rams?

Possible but most unlikely. What type of memory you got and what brand?

Nope that paticular core which is an axia stepping if im not mistaken, peaks at around 1466 unless u have extreme cooling.
If you want a chip to clock try the amd 1700.

Ram isn't holding up, if you don't set FSB higher.
Set vcore higher and test again with that 11.5x133.
I have used even 2.18v vcore, but i got liquid cooling.

it might your bios, update for a newer revision. You sure your 1.4 isa 1.5v core, mines a 1.7, it's an older palomino chip, only the newer T-bred 1700xp's have 1.5 and 1.6 vcores.

1.4 Thunderbirds need unlocking. Managed 1624mhz on mine in a EPOX 8k7a with low FSB unlocked.
Your best bet is to raise your FSB till its unstable, then back off about 5mhz ot raise voltage and find the limit again. FSB is limited by the ram so dont expect huge clocks with 2100. I used to get 143 outta my Crucial 2100 before i sold it.
My 1.4 is currently at 200fsb. Link here (http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=6431354)
Suggest you read up before you fry anything. Im now on my second Ti4600.
