Microsoft Visual c++ Error time

Lo all,

I have a big problem with half life

I delete hl, and reinstall it
i have format my c: and reinstall win 2000
i have change os to win xp and always this error :-/
what's happened ??

That's an odd one, I suggest reinstalling it and set the directory you want during setup (maybe you just copied and pasted HL?) or installing HL in its default directory, cause it looks like it isn't picking up some files when executing hl.exe, also turning off virus scanners may help.
