Give this one a try.
Triplesix Half-Life High Definition Pack (http://www.kain-9.com/triplesix/Triplesix%20Half-Life%20High%20Definition%20Pack.exe)

The installer should recognize your steam half-life folder where it needs to go.
Back up your sound, sprites and models folders if you want to switch back or you will lose them. ;)

well its the first time i took a look @ some old threads.
and while lookeing at it and you see someone asks for the hdpack and you know you got it on your site why not post it?
