Hello fellow techs :)

Got a question that I hope some nice person can help me out with.

On a part-time basis I manage 20 NT4 workstations on a Win 2K Server network and want to format and rebuild one machine. The question is can I then image that machine with Drive Image 2002 and replicated it on the other workstations without any problems, or will I have problems with SIDs etc.

You help is very much appreciated

RaV, its just that every workstation will have a different local user and administrator. How can i get around the SIDs from the image being coppied across to each workstation.?

Any links or detailed explainations would be a great help m8

There are several programs you can use to change SID's but I guess Sysprep is the most accessible I think its also on the reskit but not sure, Sysprep also tells Win2k to rebuild its PnP database which I gather is important.
