I all of a sudden am getting packet loss...up to 20. This just started happening and I don't know what really causes it or how I can fix it if it can be fixed at all. I have DSL.

max dl=1.5Kbps
max ul=128Kbps i think

Here are my current net settings

// ----[ internet settings ]----
rate "9999"
cl_rate "9999"
cl_updaterate "50"
cl_cmdrate "50"
cl_lc "1"
cl_lw "1"
cl_nopred "0"
cl_nosmooth "1"
cl_latency "0"
cl_cmdbackup "2"
cl_vsmoothing "0.05"
cl_timeout "500"
cl_dlmax "128"
cl_idealpitchscale "0.8"
cl_cmdbackup "2"
cl_resend "3"
ex_interp "0.05"
ex_maxaccel "2000"
ex_maxerrordistance "64"
ex_correct "0"
ex_diminishextrap "0"
ex_maxspeed "750"
ex_minvelocity "0"

Maybe someone could give me some pointers. I know it could just be a problem with my connection but if someone could give me good net settings for DSL anyway that would be great. Thx
