Any good links about connecting gf3 to TV?

I've just splashed out £20 on a gold-plated diamond bloody edged sound cable to connect my pc to the TV but can't get it to work.
Can't get a good picture with the other cable using TV Tool either.

Anyone know of a detailed site on how to setup the hardware for TV. Its a msi gf3 btw.

Nah it still won't work properly m8.

I can get a picture on the TV, although it flickers every minute, but no sound.

I bought a spinky gold plated audio lead (2 connectors).

Err, any ideas?

m8 dunno if this will help but i got nvidea drivers and installed then right click on desktop and select properties/settings/advanced. Click on device selection and select tv. select pal if ur uk and composite video out and press apply. Mines connected via a 5 pin adapter and phono lead to a scart adaptor. phonos from soundcard also plug into this. When u press apply you will be asked to confirm. when u say yes the monitor should go blank and pic will appear on telly. You then have to accept these settings. If you cannot select the tv option in the device selection stage make sure everything is plugged in and re-boot.

dude i got MSI gf3 running on my widey. Used tvtool 5.5 and got a scart adapter, used composite cable rather than svcd, reason being svcd cable gave crap picture. Sound into scart as well. Spinkee.
