autoexec problems

whenever i join a game my autoexec loads, but a minute or 2 later it unloads so i have to retype exec autoexec.cfg...then my sound gets real quiet....now, every time a map/game type changes, i have to retype exec autoexec.cfg.....i had to reinstall hl a week or 2 ago, i never had this problem b4...can anybody shed some light on whats wrong?

id clear out ALL your configs

then one at a time replace em and see where the trouble is.

if u use any paks then they wont work with the latest patch unless the pak creator has nicely updated it

sounds like a cfg is execing that resets your cfg.. find what rogue cfg is doing it
