complex tools

Where can I get this from, I have copied 007 EON, when i load up the game it freezes, been to forum channels they said use complex tools, but cannot find it...even if I do I bet I cant use it (but will try)

I do bud and connected to it via FTP (Fashfxp) but not sure what proggys to get (complex tools, I could not find on there) is there any sites I can get games from (I'm finding torrent sites very slow)
