Avalaunch + Kai

Ahh but the new ava rox, just gone over to it from evox. With the new ava and kai engine running on pc you sit at xbox and browse games, it tells you on tv screen how many peeps on multiplayer for each syslink game you have, just start game and join without gettin up off your arse, plus online updates and apps now work properly.

I'm using unleashX, although not got latest yet. Theres an XBOX app you can run that is like the pc end of XLink, it lets you browse games, chat, etc From what you say, it sounds like Ava... I'll have to have a look at it though and see which is better :)

Well I've installed avalaunch, its ok, but I still prefer UnleashX at this point. That said seeing how many people are available for a game is quite nice.

I'm currently running kai in engine mode on my pc, and just using XBMC to go through the games to see who is playing what before deciding what to play.

I don't think it'll be too long before kai support is integrated into unleashX :)

Why not just use ava to see who is online?

I didn't know ava had support for showing the buddy list? Only thing I noticed with it was the number of players in a game to the right hand side of the games name. Have I missed an option?

Since I'm running unleashX anyway atm theres little difference in launching XBMC to see whos on or launching ava. When kai support becomes official, I might change my mind :P
