how do i stream movies etc from the PC 2 xbox?

yeah m8, took my time running the network cable, but well worth it in the end.

I've just been given a chipped crystal xbox to test for a m8 (kids xmas prezzie). Found a web browser on it i didn't know you could get, and also an xbox version of xlink kai (didn't know you could run in from the console itself :)

it's a bit wank trying to surf the net with a game pad tbh....but it's something to keep you out of trouble for 5 mins i guess :)

I tried the LinksBokx browser, might be moderately handy if you could be arsed getting used to the text input method, but only a distraction really.

Newer versions of XMBC can browse windows workgroups now, so no need to set up bookmarks (well, I do anyway, just to be neat:))

BTW the xbmc web interface has a nice interface for managing bookmarks and stuff.
