although ive tested it about 5 times and ive gotten a couple of people to put it through its paces im sure that you guys will find a bug or two :P if you do please email me the details on superfly@hlccl.com or post in the playerdb forum :) cheers!

the only real problem ive noticed is that the scripts 'can' timeout from time to time. refreshing the page normally sorts it.. this never happened when i had it on my works svr domain so i believe this is the current hosts fault ;) but im gonna look into it and should sort it, though its not really a big prob.

the svr booking system and user login (for volunteers to add guides/articles etc..) are still to do, but the playerdb is too important to leave offline for too long (u'll notice thats slightly different too ;))

have fun guys.. its been a nightmare getting there but its finally done!! :D

big up to Sandman for creating the main template design and big up to inky that offered advice when i went n00b and couldnt remember how to do something :D

searching for 'KIA' returns the first listing it finds.. in this case, KIA2

the coding is exactly the same as the last playerdb.. and works fine from what you've just shown me.

When adding a new clan, the Clan Model field is too short - can't fit the full url in :*(

I'll get round this by moving the location of our model on the webby, but others may not be able to.

K m8, just seemed weird I couldnt search for KIA and get JUST the clan KIA listing.... so the only way to list the KIA boys is to seach for players with names starting KIA and then u get all players in both KIA and KIA5 listed .... but not KIA2 ........ But if u search for KIA in the clan prefix ..... then you get the KIA2 listing ...... but not the KIA listing.

Sorry maybe ist me but when i want to find a clans players I enter the clan tag and it seems to display that clans players...... except for KIA ..... which comes up with KIA2 :confused: ....... is that a feature rather than a bug then. :)

it searches for a clan name containing the search field you enter. i could change it to a direct scan but if people are not sure what clan name it is then they'll never find anything :(

Not a problem just means u cant find KIA by entering anything in the clan tag field .... u just have to enter KIA in the player name field instead

i suppose i am atm for the main content... although most of the HLCCL leaders will have the access to add news/admins/virtually everything on the site can be edited online ;)

as far as the articles/guides/etc.. are concerned they will be updated by a team of volunteers once ive done the logins for em :)
