yo guys, just wondering if anyone can help me out here, got an IBM Thinkpad T20 off my mate, now when i boot the laptop up it just wants to boot to bios utility ment, or other deivce boot things
but if i leave it or attempt login to windows, it will just ask for a password...alked to a few peeps it isnt windows related, they think it might be a BIOS password or a Harddrive password
iv searched high and low for help. if ur gona recommand flashing the bios it cant be done with this lappy so iv been told
iv removed the Battery, and a lil yellow barty witch some say is the CMOS battry, removed both n power bk up, but no joy :(
the default IBM bios password is "merlin" and it aint on none of the keylocks ?:@
can anyone help me out, gimme some good advice othe than sending it to IBM?:)
