Take it easy for the first month or so, it hurts a tad but you start to look forward to the pain, and soon after that you get irritable ifn ye can't have your run, I wish I could get into it again, right good for ya ticker too, GL wiv it, , , ,

A week goen so far - going around twice so doing 4km - trying to pick up the pace as opposed to running futher now...
