DVD Ripping under XP

Anyone got any good guides, or point me towards the right tools?
Want to create DivX movies, which i've done in ME loads, but DOD Speed ripper don't want to work under XP.

Ripping movies in divx 5.01 with Ogg Vorbis soundtrack.

Its a bit hard first time, so dont give up, u'll have excellent results :)

Clad DVD runs with or no hassle at all, They've jsut released an updated XP version to. I'm still using Flask which does the job with no prbs.
