Lets discuss some venues, and get some prices sorted for a venue for next year.
Like most years it must be a fairly central location. If we have more than one ecent in a year we could have 1 more northerley and one more southerley to be fair to all.
Ill put forward some sugestions when i get a sec.

Belfry Arden that strange football players haven cant remember what its called.
now I have been playing a fair bit more this year i would love to come to the 2006 weekend as I shouldnt be toooooo embarasing and I am a lot more confident, will I need to get a handicap before then?
Its my short game that needs improving especialy bunkers and putting as I throw loads away here

I think the Belfry will be a leading contender tho not a cheap option. Woodhall spa is another. Maybe we could do both next year, maybe one on a sunday nighter and the other on a full weekend in May basis.

I dont mind tbh. Mind you I've never been to Scotland. Would be gr8 to play a course up there. Providing we went up for a reasonable time.
Dont forget guys, also Portugal is available, but max would be 8 peeps. 7.5 really lol.

Abroad :) xx
Mebbe south of France.
Woodhall Spa is the course I would love to play. There is a certain Hotel you have to stay in when going there as its not going to be one of the huge De Vere/Marriott type things.. I can get details off people that have been there if required!!

Mebbe south of France.
Just been to southern Ireland and they have some fantastic courses, flights are cheep with ryan air plus Guiness tastes better there :)
Woodhall Spa does look a nice course, just talking to a chap at work who has played it, his comments were unless you are under an 18 handicap dont even attempt it ;( so it sounds quite challenging
