heh ta! As luck would have it work have an arrangement with them so no signup fee and they pay half!

First visit today.. I've some sessions with a personal trainer book to get me started - some of those machines want to hurt meh :(

First 'solo' visit today - had a decent workout and the staff are great, really helpful. :D
