i have an ati HIS excalibur x850 and damn does it get hot 65C

as u can see the stock cooling doesnt look too different from the arctic cooling ati silencer 5 rev2 http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/arcoatisi5r2.html
any way i was wondering if u guys know of any other gpu cooling systems, coz at the moment i am using an old processor fan run by a 12v scalextric transformer which works extremely well but is very loud, i can hear it down stairs (resonating the floor boards) using this it never goes above 55C give or take
