HLCCL Golf weekend 2006.

Hi Guys, due to a couple dropping out, i think were struggling to makle this happen at the venue and format weve sorted. We have 6 peeps willing to go to that venue for 2 nights at cost of £300 but only with 8 peeps. We dont have 8 peeps so well have to rethink.

I think well have to go down to a one nighter as the lower cost will attract more people. The venue will have to be moved because its too far for the Bournemouth peeps to travel for 1 night.

I suggest the location will be limited to the Midlands area.
To keep costs down it will probs have to be a Sunday night/monday.
So the venues are Arden at around £110 ish for 2 rounds £150 for 3.

The belfry for £150 for 2 rounds only 1 on the Brabazon course.

Belton woods £100 for 2 rounds, 3 rounds about £140 i imagine.

Any thoughts. And we couldnt go the same Bank holiday weekend, it would have to be after that i guess.

I think that looks the only solution now. I know we wont be able to go that same weekend, so hows everyone for the next weekend after that, anyone on hols etc??

Ok Arden it is.
One more question do we want 2 rounds of golf 1 on 1st day and 1 on 2nd day, which is around 105, then maybe £10 to upgrade to both rounds on arden making it £115. Or do we want 2 rounds on the 2nd day as well as 1 on the 1st. That would take the cost to around £150 for 3 rounds on the arden.

Which weekend is it frag, the one after the bank holiday?
I am back that Sunday from the weeks holiday so thats out for me but can deff make it the weekend after that, let me know I dont want you to mess about with dates on my behalf m8e.

i.e if its booked for then or u already have 8 peeps, no worries.

Yeah i think you could be right, well go with 2 rounds 1 on the final day.
