I'm on the Ping G2 driver at the moment, and have zero complaints. They can also be picked up quite cheaply now because the G5 is out.

You MUST get the graffalloy blue firm shaft though to make it work, unless your a total woman :) I tried the R7 and the 983K, and the Ping was just better for me.

All depends on the individual i guess, Im using a 905t titleist with a stiff Graffalloy shaft. Had a 983k before that, not much difference really. Tempted to have a peek at the new ping g5 which ive heard are good. Next time theres a demo day i might have a peep.

same here phat :)

i use a driver but my 3w has more control and about 5 yards less distance than my driver,

r7 is ok in still but i cant hit it anywhere near as far as i can hit my R580 (S)

Still aint bought a driver. I have been hitting my 3 wood and 5 wood very well. But today on 18th tee i stood up with my trusty callaway steal head 5 wood and it snapped at the grip just as i hit the ball , flew threw the air 30 feet and snapped at the head on landing :( so now i need a new 5 wood :(. Club championship is in 7 weeks also :( so i pritty screwed as they have to send the wood back to callaway. Never mind though might just treat myself to 2 new woods :)

I just changed my Driver and putter recently. Realised that the shaft i had in my Titleist 905 was way too stiff so part exed it for an Aldila nv65 stiff, much better.
