Just an idea and its still quite early. I'm off to Portugal playing golf for a week on the 5th till the 12th Feb. I can now give you guys an idea on cost. February is high season in Portugal, so if we went when it was warmer golf would be cheaper. This is what its cost us.
Airfare £70 plus charge for golf bags £30 each
Accomodation for week £25 each
Golf [5 Rounds] £190 each
Hire of 2 cars £132 for week between 6 of us
Car parking at airport for week £80 between 6 of us.
We started a club last year so peeps could save money, and that has helped.
Cost of grub about £15 to £25 per day depending where you eat.
Then the beer money of course. :)
I can only sleep 6 in my pad comfortably, but 8 would be a good number, so we'd have to maybe hire a 1 bed aprtmt on our little complex. Not sure what that would cost, maybe £250 for week. this would push cost up for everyone else as we would share. What do you lot think?
