hey all.. need help of you guys :)

this might be a repost but-
i haven't done any sports since 2002 so im not very fit at all.. was working in site very much so i got mass but almost no condition. ..anyway

2 weeks ago i started jogging.. ~30-45mins every day.. muscle ache in the legs are gone so far.. but now im interested in how to do this right! is it healthy to go walking every day? how many breaks should i take and how long? how/when you stretch your sinews? what/how much ya eat/drink? you listen to music while jogging? is some kinda warmup/cooldown nessessary?

please gimme a few tips :D i've no idea
