6thgear lost player straight away and 2 others joined but had to ask them to leave as they did not start the game.
Another couple dhd guys came in speccing.

Had to kick ban dhd spid for ignoring spec leave requests as he just kept changing his name to stupid things.

Then dhd wanting to restart lv2 after a couple of minutes as there guy Hacktic did not have their own DHD model :sigh:
He rejoined after 4 minutes played.

Only just managed to finish to 20 minute games for 7pm

BTW something to think about:

Didn't you think we had really too often this "Clan didn't show up" problem. Or ping ist too bad.
Don't blame the server e.g. ping. At 4b we from germany always have nearly unplayable pings with loss 20-30. We ever play. Maybe often ask for playing somewhere else, but admin or our enemy often say. It is playble, although for you. So we play. Now a few of bigger clans have ping problems. They don't play. Cup games one week later. N1.
Next week on an other (as usual) server again. Some teams don't wanna play. N2.
Something 2 think about.

Handicaps based upon ladder you play in mostly, and any other knowledge gleened of your clans ability. Some MAY work out to be a little one sided on the night, but that will be cos oneof the teams has a very good game, but none will be totally outrageous.

i think they ratio system makes it more intreasting...5 on 4 aint much easier then 4 on 4 ..the opponet gets one more guy to frag.
its about same for all clans ..the div 1 clans have to win with tones of frags to even get a win ..and i tell u it aint easy on BW severs :cheese: :naughty:

i play halo for 95% of my gaming time now rasta and posts on this board are mostly about a3d so i havent been around to see a lot of things like 'score multipliers'. any admin complaints feel free to mention.

also the 1.8 multiplier meant can had to get almost double ja2s kill count. and ja2 arent mugs they had rasta decay hatchet etc all good players. a bit harsh i think.

I feel sorry for the CAN team,, BUT we all knew the rules and handicap format coming into HLCCL Cup.

=ONE= beat SF in there homemap by 35 frags, but ended up losing after the multiplier. :) It's ok though because we had a lot of fun, AND got to meet some really cool guys from the SF team.

I dont see anyway to change the multipliers/handicap now. If that happend, there would be every team that lost due to Multiplier, trying to get there scores and loss adjusted. Sounds like a begining of the end at that point. :)

as far as i know, for reasons that NOBODY is actually aware of (:E) none of us had ever played our home map before we went in to play CAN. id never even heard of it :(
tis a bit shit for CAN to have to have such a high frag thingiemajig, and unfortunately as is always teh way, a few people will always get the short straw in a situation that benefits everyone on the whole.
however you did hve more players than us, we hand even played our home map before fs :D
