Dilbert et al. Some exciting graphs and figures coming your way - hopefully on Monday. Didn't bother mentioning my latest attempt at getting fit as this time it was primarily a weight loss campagn. 17 weeks and 5 days (not that I am counting) gone so far. May even find a picture of one of my jock straps just for those who remember my last pictures a number of year ago.

So this is what I have been doing with myself for the past 18 weeks. Hit my weight loss target of 6 stone - going to carry on for another 2 weeks to see if I can get to 15 and a half stone.

Hello gayrod. Well done on becoming less fat.

Is that an Excel spreadsheet? Any chance you could forward it over to me if it is?

Love you in the mouth. xx

What do you want? my whole spredsheet which includes everything I have eaten with associated calories for the last 18 weeks, as well as rowing times and weekly daily calorie intake? It's a fun packed spreadsheet!

sorry m8, don't come in here much and missed your post. Diet finished 3 weeks after the last date in the graph (i.e. after 21 weeks). Got down to 14 stone 13 pounds :). My aim is to keep my weight between 15 and a half and 16 stone. CHristmas has now come and gone and also I haven't done any exercise (well rowing) for 3 months. Result - not suprisingly I have put about a stone and a half back on but am now steady at 16 and a half. Come February I will start rowing again, cut back on the drink (but not resume the diet) and aim to get back down to the 15 and a half to 16 stone level. Happy to settle for just a 7 stone weight loss :)
